Eventbase in 2025: A Year of Scale, Innovation and Unforgettable Events

2025 was a defining year for Eventbase. Across a global calendar packed with world-class events, our team focused on one goal: delivering reliable, engaging and scalable event technology when it matters most. From record-breaking infrastructure performance to major product innovation and on-site execution around the world, this year reinforced what Eventbase is built for, powering live experiences at enterprise scale.

Powering Events at a Global Scale

This past year, Eventbase supported 2.3 million app users across 140 world-class events including Salesforce Dreamforce, Adobe MAX, SXSW, Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and more, helping attendees navigate venues, discover sessions, connect with peers and engage more deeply with content at live events.

Behind every tap, scan and notification was infrastructure designed to perform under pressure. In 2025 alone, our enterprise platform served 661 million infrastructure requests, with peak moments reaching 2,367 requests per second – a clear signal of the trust event organizers place in Eventbase for their most mission-critical event experiences.

The People Behind the Platform

Technology is only part of the story. In 2025, 89 Eventbase team members were on site, working directly alongside organizers, partners and production teams.

From pre-event planning to live support and post-event insights, our teams showed up where it counts, ensuring apps stayed fast, data stayed accurate and attendees stayed informed and had help every step of the way, even as event conditions changed in real time.

Innovation That Shaped the Year

Throughout 2025, Eventbase continued to push the boundaries of what event technology can do.

We partnered with TurnoutNot to introduce eventCopilot™, our AI-powered voice and text assistant designed to help attendees get instant, contextual answers – from session recommendations to wayfinding and schedule changes. This marked a major step forward in bringing practical, attendee-focused AI into live event environments.

Navigation also took a leap forward. Through expanded AI-driven mapping and indoor positioning, Eventbase helped attendees move through complex venues with confidence through our partnership with Pointr Maps and their bluedot wayfinding, transforming large-scale events into intuitive, accessible experiences.

We also continued to explore the future of personalized digital activations and gamification, including MagicBadge™ experiences that turn physical credentials into powerful engagement tools that drive interaction, storytelling and measurable ROI for brands and organizers alike.
