Eventbase Celebrates 16 Incredible Years!

This year, Eventbase is celebrating a major milestone—16 amazing years of innovation, growth, and unforgettable events! We're beyond grateful to our loyal customers and trusted partners who’ve been with us on this incredible journey. None of this would be possible without you.

As we look back, here are a few highlights from our story so far:

2009 – Eventbase began life as Xomo, and we made history by launching the world’s first native mobile event app! Our debut? The Vancouver International Jazz Festival.

2010 – We stepped onto the global stage by powering the official mobile app for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. This was just the beginning—we went on to support both the London 2012 and Sochi 2014 Olympic Games too.

2014 – We rebranded to Eventbase, marking a new chapter in our evolution. Not long after, we partnered with SAP to launch our first enterprise-level event app.

2024 – Over 3 million attendees downloaded an Eventbase-powered app just last year, helping deliver seamless, engaging event experiences at scale.
