VMWARE’S LARGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR WAS AN ALL DIGITAL AFFAIR IN 2022
VMware 2023 was a global event taking place in both San Francisco and Barcelona . Over 40,000 attendees used Eventbase's app to connect, network, and foster growth.

The VMware app utilized Eventbase’s all new Schedule View, which offers a sophisticated new design and rich branding opportunities. Attendees could see session availability, set reminders and add sessions to their personal schedule directly from the Schedule View. The My Schedule section included Agenda Gaps, a new feature highlighting blocks of time where an attendee does not have sessions booked and providing a link to sessions that are available at that time.
As networking is a key reason many people go to VMware, at this digital event organizers relied on the mobile app to provide attendees with an opportunity to connect. Eventbase provided personalized Attendee Recommendations to help people find attendees they may be interested in meeting, along with the ability to message directly within the app.
For the VMware project, Eventbase worked with RainFocus to seamlessly integrate the mobile app with their Virtual Event Platform.
