Hailed as the signature industry event hosted by The National Association of Broadcasters, NAB Show offers its attendees hands-on experiences of emerging technologies and the latest innovations, valuable networking and learning opportunities. Attendees representing every sector of broadcasting - including broadcast, digital media, film, entertainment and more - converged in Las Vegas for six days of next-generation content and previews of emerging technologies and the latest innovations.
As one of the country’s largest trade shows, the NAB Show sought out a mobile platform that would help tens of thousands of attendees navigate their event and explore exhibits from over 1,700 companies. Eventbase redesigned the NAB official app for 2015 and included many advanced features to reflect NAB’s brand and enhanced the overall experience.
Discover, a rich-media showcase in the app featured the Signature Sessions allowed users to explore the content in a visually driven format. The app was designed in an intuitive way that provided various ways to navigate the content - using filters to target specific topics, registration type, or session tracks.
The exhibit and meeting room hall maps were designed in an interactive 3D layout, making it a simple for attendees to navigate between venues and exhibitor booths. Also included in the app, audio files of the annual Guided Audio Tours helped attendees maximize their time and get a good overview of the event.
